As a
student of FEBA you will receive
4 % discount on your international books if you buy them at the
FAME Bookstore, located at Tongersestraat (TS) 53, room
F 0.01.
However, if you are a
member of FAME, you will receive a discount of
14 %, at least!!!

www.efm-online.nl -> Subscription -> Subscribe
During the
first block of 2010/2011, the FAME bookstore will be open on monday the
6th, tuesday the
7th and thursday the
9th from
10 to 17:00 o`clock.

FAQs
1. Q: How can I get the FAME membership discount?
A: Please bring your student ID number to the FAME Bookstore. You will only get the discount at the FAME Bookstore.
2. Q: Can I also buy the books for a friend with the FAME membership discount?
A: Yes, just make sure you bring your friends student ID number to the FAME Bookstore.
3. Q: When is the FAME Bookstore opened?
A: The opening hours of the FAME Bookstore are published under 'opening hours'. Please note that it's only opened at the beginning of each block.
4. Q: Can I return my books if I bought the wrong books or stoped studying?
A: The return policy is stated on your receipt. It's best if you go back to the FAME Bookstore in case you want to return your books. Is the FAME Bookstore closed, then please e-mail to vicepresident@efmacademy.nl and I'll try to come up with a solution.
5. Q: Where is the FAME Bookstore located?
A: It is located at the Economics faculty (FEBA/FdEWB) at the Tongersestraat 53, in room F0.01.
6. Q: Does the FAME Bookstore sell used books?
A: No only brand new, unused books are sold at the FAME Bookstore.
7. Q: How do I know if the correct book for my course is sold at teh FAME Bookstore?
A: We communicate with all the course coordinators which book and what edition is required for their course.
8. Q: Is it possible that a book is sold out at the FAME Bookstore?
A: Yes there is a small possibility, although we do our best to have enough books available to cover the demand. The earlier you get your books the smaller the chance of a book being sold out.
9. Q: The required book for my course is not yet available at the FAME Bookstore, what should I do?
A: Sometimes there is a late arrival of a book. I try to inform you by updating the available books file. If a book is not available we try to predict when it will be. Sometimes you can also get a voucher to pick up your book once it has arrived. For more information, ask at the FAME Bookstore during the opening hours.
10. Q: Where can I register or change my details for the FAME membership?
A: Go to www.efmacademy.nl -> 'Membership' -> 'FAME membership'
11. Q: How can I pay my books at the FAME Bookstore?
A: You can pay your books with Dutch pinpas, German EC Karte, all Dutch and foreign Master and Visa creditcards (as long as it`s yours and not your parents) as well as cards with the Maestro Logo. We accept Dutch "boekenbonnen" and iris-cheques (=VVV-bonnen). Of course you can also pay in cash. We cannot yet accept Selexy gift cards. If you would like to use one please contact me.
12. Q: I was unable to get the discount at the FAME Bookstore since I am blacklisted, what should I do?
A: Please e-mail info@efmacademy.nl with your full name and student ID number and explain the situation. You will be contacted on how to get off the blacklist.
